What are the rate limits for using Ninja?
We limit usage for Ninja if a user's request rate exceeds 20 messages per minute. This ensures fair usage and helps maintain optimal performance for all users.
What are the difference between the Basic, Pro, and Ultra plans?
Standard plan: Unlimited tasks with access to AI tools such as image generation, fast researcher, and 1:1 scheduling. No file uploads or advanced features like deep research or customizations.
Pro plan: this plan can generate images at a higher resolution, upload files (up to 150k words), has access to 3 external models, and can schedule meetings with multiple people.
Ultra plan: Offers all Pro features with significant upgrades, including deep researcher, access to 20+ external models, can schedule meetings with multiple guests, and can process large file uploads (up to 1.5M words). The Ultra plan also offers enhanced image editing tools and higher resolution outputs.
Is there a free plan available
Yes, the Basic plan is free and includes 6 tasks per day. This is perfect for users who want to try out the platform with access to image generation, code generation, and other core features.
How are tasks counted
Each task refers to a single action performed by the AI, such as generating an image, code, or performing a search. Tasks are unlimited on Standard, Pro, and Ultra plans, but Basic plan users are limited to 6 tasks per day.
Are there any discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount on our Pro & Ultra plan if you choose to subscribe to an annual plan instead of monthly. This discount is automatically applied when you select the annual billing option during checkout.
What AI models are available in the Pro and Ultra plans?
Pro users have access to six AI models, including OpenAI GPT-4o Mini and Anthropic Claude 3.5 Haiku. Ultra users can access over 20 premium models, including DeepSeek R1, Anthropic Claude 3.7 Sonnet, and OpenAI GPT-4o.
What happens if I exceed my task limit on the Basic plan?
Once you reach your 6-task limit for the day on the Basic plan, you won’t be able to perform any more tasks until the following day. If you need more tasks, you can upgrade to the Standard, Pro, or Ultra plan for unlimited access.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which your account will revert to the free Basic plan.
Do I get support with my plan?
Yes, all plans include email and in-product support.
