We limit usage for Ninja if a user's request rate exceeds 20 messages per minute. This ensures fair usage and helps maintain optimal performance for all users.
Is there a free plan available
Yes, the Basic plan is free and includes 2 tasks per day. This is perfect for users who want to try out the platform with access to image generation, code generation, and other core features.
How are tasks counted
Each task refers to a single action performed by the AI, such as generating an image, code, or performing a search. Paid users have unlimited Ninja chat tasks, but Basic plan users are limited to 2 Ninja tasks per day.
Are there any discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer 2 months off for any plan when you choose annual billing. This discount is automatically applied when you select the annual billing option during checkout.
What happens if I exceed my task limit on the Basic plan?
Once you reach your 2-task limit for the day on the Basic plan, you won’t be able to perform any more tasks until the following day. If you need more tasks, you can upgrade to any of the paid plans for unlimited Ninja chat agent access.
How can I cancel my subscription?
