Founder, CEO & CPO
Former Sr. Director of Product Management at Google for 11yrs, Ninja is Babak’s 4th start-up. Babak built and sold CleverSense (Alfred) to Google in Dec 2011: Alfred was a personalized assistant company that was integrated into Google Maps for personalized recommendations. At Google, Babak led 20+ product teams including Google Analytics, Data Studio, A/B Optimizers, Security/HR/Legal solutions, etc.
Co-Founder, Chief Science & Technology Officer
Former Senior Applied Scientist at AWS with six years of experience driving key research initiatives that bolstered AWS’s infrastructure efficiency. PhD in computer modeling and simulation, collaborations with Oxford University, Sydney University, and CSIRO. Founder of innovative deep reinforcement learning systems, holding multiple significant patents to optimize AWS’s core infrastructure. Prior to AWS, Arash had a postdoctoral research tenure with a track record of publication in high-impact journals and conferences, including Nature Communications and IPDPS.
VP of Product Management
Divya is part of Ninja's founding team and is a seasoned Product and GTM leader. She spent five years at Google, where she successfully launched products and grew revenue for the Google Workspace portfolio. Prior to Google, Divya led Strategy & Operations for Cloud products. Earlier in her career, Divya served as a Strategy Consultant, guiding Fortune 500 companies on innovation, M&A, and customer strategy, and driving notable revenue growth.
VP of Engineering
Ken is one of Ninja's most senior founding engineers: he brings over two decades of industry experience, including a transformative 8-year tenure at AWS. With deep expertise in system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and operational excellence, he has driven high-impact initiatives across networking, deployment safety, and automation. His work spans cloud-native solutions, continuous integration/deployment, and mobile systems, backed by strong foundations in software design, AWS services, and scalable architecture.
